Whether you prefer to move independently or thrive in a group setting, there’s something here to meet you where you are.

Specifically designed for women 35+, this expertly crafted program, developed with Dr. Stacy Sims, sets you up to stay strong, capable, and independent for decades. It combines max strength and hypertrophy blocks to support muscle and power gains, while weekly HIIT, SIT, mobility, and core workouts keep your heart healthy, body mobile, and core strong.

Start Strong

Start Strong is built for women new to strength training or returning after time off, offering a safe, structured way to learn how to lift with confidence. Delivered through an easy-to-use app with step-by-step guidance and audio cues, you’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it. The program can be completed at home with minimal equipment—just dumbbells, resistance bands, and a Swiss ball.

Fat Loss Happens is a 9-week, science-backed program designed to help you lose fat sustainably while building habits that last. Through expert-led weekly video lessons, personalized macro guidance, and a complete 9-week training plan, you will learn exactly how to fuel, move, and support your body for long-term success. No crash diets and no gimmicks, just clear, evidence-based strategies for women who are ready to finally understand fat loss and feel confident in their nutrition, workouts, and results.

Shred Happens Challenge Logo

The popular six week Shred Challenge is an intensive, results-driven program for women looking to lose fat and build muscle. It features expert guest Q&As, a personalized calorie and macro plan, lifetime access to the course, and both gym and home workout options. You'll also get support from a private accountability group and the chance to win exciting giveaways.

We do not recommend this challenge if you struggle with disordered eating.
