Bill Campbell, PhD - Professor of Exercise Science & Researcher
Dr. Bill Campbell is a professor of exercise science and director of the Performance & Physique Enhancement Lab at the University of South Florida. His current research explores fat loss, weight loss resistance, and body composition in midlife women, and he translates the latest science on the menopause transition into evidence-based answers for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women navigating belly fat, muscle loss, and stubborn weight changes.

Kelly Casperson, MD - Board Certified Urologist and Physician
Kelly is a board-certified urologist who specializes in pelvic health, a field where women make up only ten percent of practitioners. She has built her career caring for women in the clinic and has become a leading voice on hormones and helping women navigate menopause with humor, candor, and evidence-based care.
