Hello, I'm Hailey.

My fitness journey began at a young age as a gymnast. I competed at a nationwide level through high school. At university, I began running, which eventually led me to triathlons. I competed in many different races of varying lengths, but found my passion at the half Ironman distance. Through these vigorous races, I’ve learned the value of planning, commitment and accountability. In addition to racing, I also discovered a love for pilates and have been a certified classical pilates instructor and advocate for over two decades.

 

After 15 years in the fitness industry, I’ve found that nothing has more proven health benefits than strength training. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to convert women, especially those in their 40s and beyond, to the miracle of strength training. I have multiple TRX,  kettlebell, barbell, and foundational training certifications to build up my background of being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Today, I use my experience, training, and knowledge to help anybody looking to find more health and happiness through fitness. Currently, I reside in beautiful Boulder, Colorado with my husband and three children (and dog Zuma).

AJ Fowers

AJ Fowers is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She teaches Pilates, TRX, and Barre. She took Tony Boutagy's Fat Loss Fundamentals course for personal trainers last year and it completely changed the way that she coach women through fat loss. 

AJ loves to run, cycle, hike and bake. She spent a decade racing triathlons and marathons with Hailey.  AJ is a mother to 3 children, and a dog mom to the best dog in the world "Hazel."
As a NASM strength coach and myfitnesspal master, she has been tracking and calculating macros for 10 years, and know the ins and outs of MFP. Fitting all her favorite foods into a budget, that hits all her nutrition goals.  AJ's specialty is entering and creating recipes into MFP and knowing EXACTLY what she's eating, helping find custom macros and efficient workouts for improved health, strength, and fat loss.

Personal macro consulting and accountability check ins via voice, text, and/or Marco Polos 1x's per week - custom calorie recommendation with macros and adjustments as needed.

Berlin Babcock

Yes, Berlin is Hailey's first born, and only daughter. And she's following right along in the footsteps. Berlin is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science at Utah Valley University. Upon graduation, Berlin plans to acquire her personal training certification. Taking after her mother, Berlin began a strong focus on strength training two years ago and hasn't stopped since. At Hailey Happens Fitness, her responsibilities include customer service and product development.

Jocelyn Hayes

Jocelyn Hayes spent her career as a Business and Technology Advisor, working for large tech consulting firms, later founding her own advisory firm. In her previous roles, she has led and provided leadership advisory for software and technology projects with a focus on readying the business for what is changing. While spending all these years helping successfully implement new operational processes supported with technology, she has also been passionate about health and fitness. 

 

She spent a decade participating in triathlons before finding herself needing to be more efficient with her time and turned to strength training and continuing to enjoy riding bikes, hiking and lots of walking (often on an under-desk treadmill while on work conference calls). Jocelyn started strength training with a trainer 10 years ago and when Hailey moved back to Colorado, she worked as one of her first in-person clients in trade for some advice on launching her business. Three years later, Jocelyn officially joined Hailey Happens Fitness to help scale the business, improve customer support and the product development process, while also leveraging her deep skills in implementing digital technology solutions. Jocelyn lives in Colorado and enjoys hitting the Colorado ski slopes with her younger son Alex, going to country concerts with her older son Austin, and doing life with her husband, Mike.
