HIIT & SIT Workouts

The HIIT & SIT workouts are flexible and designed to fit your schedule, preferences, and fitness level. This plan offers multiple HIIT and SIT workouts that are strictly cardio based designed to be used in conjunction with another plan that does not have cardio such as Physique Happens or Strong Happens. Don't have any cardio equipment? No problem! These workouts can be done right at home using your sidewalk, stairs, or even a pool.

Travel Happens

Travel Happens is a flexible workout plan designed for individuals on the go, offering full body strength training with minimal equipment (dumbbells, swiss ball, bench, and resistance bands). Perfect for travelers looking to stay active, this plan allows you to pick and choose workouts based on your schedule and fitness level, rather than following a set order.

Pilates Happens

Pilates Happens is a flexible library of 10 follow-along Pilates mat classes, led by Korin Nolan, a leading Pilates expert with over 20 years of teaching experience. Her approach combines classical Pilates with modern strength-based methods and her classes are specific to women in midlife, building strength, tone and confidence both on and off the mat.

 

There is no fixed schedule. You pick the class that fits your need for the day and add that single class to your calendar.

Yoga Happens

Yoga Happens is a library of 10 yoga classes, each running 30 minutes. There is no fixed schedule. You pick a class based on what your body needs that day and add the single class to your calendar.

The classes are led by Allie Greer. Allie is a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist and a Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapist. She has specialties in biomechanics, pre and post-natal yoga, myofascial release, and subtle body dynamics.
