Heather Hirsch MD, MS, NCMP
Heather is board certified in Internal Medicine and specializes in women's health, particularly during midlife and menopause. She is passionate about empowering women to take charge of their menopause journey by becoming symptom free, educated and empowered during this stage of life.

Abbie Smith-Ryan, PhD
Dr. Abbie Smith-Ryan is a distinguished exercise physiologist and sports nutrition researcher, currently serving as a Professor and Associate Chair for Research in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also holds roles as Director of the Applied Physiology Laboratory and Co-Director of the Human Performance Center.

Dr. Jocelyn Wittstein
Dr. Jocelyn Wittstein is a distinguished orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Duke University School of Medicine. She specializes in the treatment of sports-related injuries and has research interests focused on sports medicine, women's musculoskeletal health, and injury prevention.
