Agility Happens 1.0 Intermediate involves the two greatest bone builders: heavy strength training with absolute power. We begin each 3-week program with some preliminary jumping drills to prepare the body safely for the force required in the workouts. This plan can be done at home or in the gym for intermediate lifters that are comfortable with heavier loads and no current injuries. New programming introduced every FOUR weeks. We recommend a minimum of 12-18 months of progressive strength programming.

The Agility Happens 1.0 Advanced GYM workout plan is designed to build not only max strength through heavy low rep loads but to also build max power. We do this though loading the bone via strength training and providing a compressive force through jumping. This 4 day a week gym-based program requires knowledge using a barbell and lifting with heavier loads. We recommend 18 to 24 months of advanced strength training with no current injuries.
