Power Happens Express (Intermediate) follows the same effective structure as the original Power Happens program, tailored for the woman who wants to lift heavy, achieve results, and get on with her day. This express version features lower reps and shorter, 30-40 minute workouts. It includes 3 strength training days (2 focused on lower body and 1 on upper body), along with 2 Sprint Interval Training (SIT) sessions and 1 High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session each week.
This program aligns perfectly with the methodologies Stacy outlines in her book, Next Level. Whether you prefer working out at home or at the gym, Power Happens Express is designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Get ready to elevate your fitness with this dynamic and efficient course!

Power Happens Express is a 12 week program with bang for your buck 30 (ish) minute full body strength workouts 4 days a week alongside 2 SIT and 1 (optional) HIIT workout per week. Programming and new overload methods change every three weeks. Note(this program does not come with any resources, nutrition modules, or live Q and A’s, etc. that was included with the Power Happens original beginner and intermediate/advanced programs.
